Hotel La Residencia

La Residencial is the result of three carefully restored 16th, 17th and 18th century manor houses. Just 35km from Palma airport, the hotel is easily accessible. Condé Nast readers voted this hotel the 3rd best leisure hotel in Europe and the 51st best hotel in the world.
The 45 individual and double rooms are decorated with Mallorcan antiques whilst providing modern comforts. Some feature four-poster beds. Some Junior Suites have private balconies, terraces or gardens and all have a living room and four-poster bed. This luxury hotel now boasts 3 suites with private pools and 1 suite with its own plunge pool. Each has its own sun patio and has a plasma screen with DVD and video. La Residencia also have two Superior Suites, one of them with a 360 degree view. With breathtaking views, all these suites are perfect for guests who wish to be undisturbed, with Suite 66 being the most private due to its location at the top of the Son Fony building.
The “El Olivo” Restaurant is renowned for its good food, romantic setting and its ancient olive press that gives its name, it has also received this year the Award of Excellence of the Wine Spectator Awards. The excellent gourmet cuisine is prepared using fresh local ingredients. The “Son Moragues” restaurant has a more informal atmosphere and serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine.
The new spa has 6 treatment rooms, four of which have a private outdoor massage area. Additionally, there are now more beauty therapists on hand, all trained in La Stone therapy, reflexology and most spa treatments. Leisure House facilities also include a Jacuzzi with spectacular views, steam room, sauna, gymnasium and indoor pool.
Classical concerts are sometimes put on, Golf is available at 20 courses on the island and reservations can be made via reception.
